The course will cover various decision-making processes and theories related to cognition and behavior. We will discuss myopia, escalation of commitment, individual versus group decisions, decision-making in gains versus losses contexts, decisions when probabilities are low, moderate, or high, decisions regarding saving and borrowing, and decisions based on our experience and memory. We will also examine the impact of hunger on decision-making.

هدف کلی

هدف این درس آشنا کردن دانشجویان با تئوری و عمل در بحث یادگیری سازمانی و به کارگيري آنها براي ايجاد سازمان‌هاي يادگيرنده است. دانشجویان مقالات تحقیقاتی در حوزه یادگیری سازمانی و سازمان‌های یادگیرنده را مطالعه و در کلاس به بحث و تبادل نظر در رابطه با موارد زیر می پردازند:

  1. مفهوم یادگیری؛

  2. فرایند یادگیری؛

  3. موانع و تسهيل‌کننده‌هاي يادگيري ؛

  4. نقش مدل‌های ذهنی، گفتگوی موثر، تفکر سیستمی، فرهنگ سازمانی و کار تیمی در یادگیری؛

  5. رابطه میان یادگیری فردی و یادگیری سازمانی ؛

  6. روش‌های ارزیابی و بهبود فرایند یادگیری.

  2. الگوها و مدل‌های مختلف یادگیری سازمانی شامل:

  • دیسیپلین‌ها یا فرامین پنجگانه پیتر سنگه؛

  • الگوهای چند سطحي یادگیری؛

  • پس خوران‌هاي دوگانه يادگيري؛

  • تبدیل یادگیری فردی به یادگیری سازمانی (مدل نوناکا)؛

  • سازمان‌های خلق‌کننده دانش و یادگیری در زمینه دانش و تکنولوژی؛

  • تبدیل دانش ضمنی به صریح و بالعکس

  1. مهارت‌های فردی برای یادگیری

  2. مدل‌های ذهنی فردی و مشترک و نقش آن در یادگیری

  3. ایجاد آرمان مشترک در سازمان و تاثیر آن در یادگیری جمعی (سازمانی)

  4. تفکر سیستمی و ارتباط آن با یادگیری سازمانی

  5. اندازه گیری یادگیری سازمانی
