The course will cover various decision-making processes and theories related to cognition and behavior. We will discuss myopia, escalation of commitment, individual versus group decisions, decision-making in gains versus losses contexts, decisions when probabilities are low, moderate, or high, decisions regarding saving and borrowing, and decisions based on our experience and memory. We will also examine the impact of hunger on decision-making.

هدف کلی
هدف این درس آشنا کردن دانشجویان با تئوری و عمل در بحث یادگیری سازمانی و به کارگيري آنها براي ايجاد سازمانهاي يادگيرنده است. دانشجویان مقالات تحقیقاتی در حوزه یادگیری سازمانی و سازمانهای یادگیرنده را مطالعه و در کلاس به بحث و تبادل نظر در رابطه با موارد زیر می پردازند:

مفهوم یادگیری؛

فرایند یادگیری؛

موانع و تسهيلکنندههاي يادگيري ؛

نقش مدلهای ذهنی، گفتگوی موثر، تفکر سیستمی، فرهنگ سازمانی و کار تیمی در یادگیری؛

رابطه میان یادگیری فردی و یادگیری سازمانی ؛
-
روشهای ارزیابی و بهبود فرایند یادگیری.
